Delivery Area: We ship our Holi colors to countries within the European Union.

Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 working days after receipt of payment. In case of delays, we will promptly inform you via email.

Shipping Partners: Our products are delivered using reputable logistics partners to ensure secure and swift delivery.

Shipping Costs:

0-17kg: €9.75
17-33kg: €19.50
33-48kg: €24.00
48-80kg: €40.00
80-160kg: €80.00
Above 160kg: Free
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and the delivery country. These will be clearly communicated to you before completing the order process.

Tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status online.

Payment Deadline: Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract and must be received within 7 days on our account to confirm the order.

Invoice: After successful payment and shipment of your order, you will receive an electronic invoice via email.

Cancellation and Returns
Right to Cancel: Customers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Return Costs: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days.
